Alpha Gams are involved in virtually every activity on campus, from intramural sports to honor societies, which further enhance a sister’s experience at the University of Georgia. Some of these include Arch Society, Dance Dawgs, Honors Program, Flag Line, Tate Society, and SGA. Our chapter also actively participates in a number of campus wide philanthropies including Relay for Life, UGA HEROs, and UGA Miracle. While we strive to be actively involved on campus, we find it equally important to serve our community as well. We do this by volunteering around the Athens community with a number of different organizations including, the Athens-Clarke County Mentoring Program, Athens Canine Rescue, and St. Mary’s Hospital, in an effort to share our sisterhood by giving something back to the community. Because our sisters are involved in such a variety of organizations, it is easy to find someone who shares your same interests!
